Fine dining at Shezan restaurant offers something a bit different from traditional Indian cuisine, Shezan signature dishes include Khyberi Karahi, a speciality from the Khyber pass region consisting of diced lamb or chicken, cooked on a high flame with the simplest of spices and fresh tomatoes, capsicum, ginger, garlic and green chillies in a traditional iron karahi.
For a special occasion why not try Shezan’s chef speciality Raan Masala which is a whole leg of lamb left to marinade in exotic mild spices, slow roasted to perfection. Sea food lovers must try Jhinga Shahi, a house speciality of king sized shrimps left to marinade in mild spices, yoghurt and herbs, barbequed over flaming charcoal in the tandoor, garnished with grilled onion tomatoes and peppers.
